All items will be shipped using NZ Post by International Air mail.

If your copy of a CD is scratched, doesn't play properly or doesn't play at all, or the packaging is in any way damaged, please take a photo of it as soon as possible, including the disc number (found on the disc itself), and email it to proboscistrinityrecords@gmail.com, and we will exchange it for you. In case your item does not arrive within 7 days (within New Zealand) or 14 days outside of New Zealand, please contact us and we will do our best to sort it out.
